Missed Collection

  • Report to Customer Service at 972-205-3500.
  • Calls received before 4 p.m. on collection day will be handled that day.
  • Missed collection reported after 4 p.m. will be addressed within 48 hours.
  • Calls received after 5 p.m. or on weekends will be returned the next business day.
  • Please leave your container at the designated collection point.
