Certified Landlord Training classes are scheduled over the next several months. In addition to the following incentives, this class will educate landlords and property managers about specific, common property maintenance problems inspectors will be looking for:
Extension of current permits by two (2) years.
Applicable properties will not be subject to Change-in-
Tenancy Inspections.
Owners/Managers will save $110 on annual renewal requirements due to extended expiration dates.

(classes have been concluding in less than 3 hours, however, additional time is blocked to allow for questions/answers and the dissemination of certificates).
Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to sign-in for training.
Seating is limited and will be scheduled on a first come/first served basis. You may register by phone or via e-mail and registration will be confirmed by contact from Code Compliance Staff.
