The Garland Youth Council’s Teens in the Drivers Seat/Projects Committee and Promotions Committee will meet on Monday, November 24 at 5:30 p.m. in the Public & Media Affairs Office on the fourth floor of Garland City Hall, 200 North Fifth Street.
