On March 31, Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued an Executive Order relating to statewide continuity of essential services and activities during the COVID-19 disaster. Read the Governor’s order

The Garland City Council has called a special online meeting at noon, Thursday, April 2. The meeting will be broadcast live on the City’s government access cable channel and streamed live. For those wanting to comment during the meeting, the registration link is available in the agenda posting.
